How To Check RAC Interconnect is uing UDP or RDS

A simple to know is to use skgxpinfo  under CRS Home

CRS % skgxpinfo -v
Oracle RDS/IP (generic)

CRS % skgxpinfo -v
Oracle UDP/IP (generic)
